If you are gonna zig zag go at it with a plan and it should help you. Whatever your normally daily intake it--multiply that by 7 then plan each day as to the amount you want to do. That way you still have some control of your calories. Good Luck and I would love to hear how if it works for you

Yeah I am going through a plateau right now myself. In the past I would do a zig zag for a week or two. So if I was taking in 1300 calories a day that would be a total of 9100 calories for the week. So one day I may eat 2500 calories but the next I would eat 1000. I planned it out so that each day had a different amount…

It depends on what I am stressing about. I usually take out my anger and stress in my workouts. It will make me work a little harder. Of course if I…

Wow really got me thinking. I have struggled with my weight all my life. In middle school I was bigger but not "fat". In high school I lost all of that and was skinny. In fact by my senior year I was too small when I look back now. I was able to eat/drink what I want and never worry about weight because I was really…

This is one of those programs where you will probably lose more in inches than pounds right away. I think it's worth it and well it's only a 30 day program so why not try it. If you go into the success stories you can see ton's of before and after pictures.

Just remember to keep looking ahead and take it one day at a time. If you are looking for support/motivation, feel free to add me. Always great to have…
