If you have done P90X then step up to P90X2 or Insanity. Both of those are really good. Your Hypothyroid condition shouldn't be a problem as long as your meds are the right dose. I am also doing Power 90. I do have a HRM and during Sculpt today I burned around 270 calories. Problem with that is it will differ per person. The more you weigh the more you burn. When we go...we alwasy pack a lot of snacks to go with us so that we can eat on that. We did eat lunch there but just tried to find a "better" choice.
