Thank you for starting this! I haven't done my measurements since Sept. when I started Yo-Yoing. I knew my weight has been going up and down between 150 to 163lbs. but what I didn't realize is that I gained 3" in my hips & waist.:grumble: I really need to get back on track! My original goal when I joined 1/31/11 was 150 & I would like to get there by my 1 yr. anniversary.0 -
I am in EASTERN TIME ZONE.
The BONUS CHALLENGES will be: (If you complete the bonus challenge you will receive an extra point)
January 1-5: complete an extra 100 burpees
January 6-12: complete an extra 150 crunches
January 13-19: complete an extra 100 jumping jacks
January 20-26 complete an extra 50 slip squats
January 27-31 complete an extra 50 jumping jacks
Also, if you aren't for sure how to do an exercise youtube has awesome videos that I have found to be very beneficial for me. If you can't complete the exercises and need to subsititue with another exercise please feel free to do so.

I've never done one of these before & I have the feeling I will be relying on youtube for instructions for quite a few of these (what the heck is a mermaid lol) but I wanted to give it a go... I have even made myself a excel spread sheet with each days exercises & check boxes... I do have 1 question though... are the bonus ones per day or per week? Like to get the week 1 bonus do I just do 100 extra burpees throughout the week or each day?

Well I did'nt manage to get in any exercise on the 1st, had a busy day and a New Years Day party at MIL's (which also meant I did not stay under calories) but I have made up for it today. Up at 6am, this is a huge deal for me as I am definately not a morning person :yawn: and out for a 5km run/walk then did the daily exercises and 25 Burpees. All before 7am, which is probably lucky because the temperature is going to be 41 (105??) here today!!!
Goodness it is amazing how fast you lose your fitness, I have not done any real exercise pretty much for a whole month and boy did I feel every step of my run today, had to take quite a few walking breaks!! Going to start 30 Day Shred as well today and I think that may just kill me :laugh:
