When I do Level 1 I burn 160-170 cals Level 2 170-180 cals Level 3 190-210 cals

Morning UK'ers going to be another hot day today, so good day for a long walk, I would go for a walk, but I gotta wait in today, for a repair guy, says he'll be here from 9:30- 5pm, (which means he'll prob turn up at 4:45pm), so will be doing a dvd, or going on my treadmill

I prefer to work out in the mornings, after I've done college/school runs, and on w'ends I like to get them done before lunch time, that way the rest of the day I can spend with me boys, and its nice to get the exercise done and out the way, as early as poss

@ Kendra I'm not knocking it, I'm used to following Rosemary, done it for over a yr, (and lost just over 2 stone) just that in her new mag shes not doing cals, its her Hip & Thigh diet, where u choose one breakfast, one lunch, and one dinner, and and they are all lower than the 1200 cals that I'm used to.

I would say yes a beginner could do this dvd, there is a easier version of the moves, and a harder version, u choose who to follow Some people do gain weight on the 1st week of doing it, and it can be disappointing to start with, but it normally goes within a few days. u just have to keep going for the full 30 days Theres…

I put a chicken breast in a oven proof dish, spread a little bbq sauce on, then a rasher or 2 or turkey, add a little more bbq sauce, cook in oven for 25-30 mins (til chicken is cooked), then add a little grated cheese on top, and put back in oven to melt, Serve with a mixed salad. I have this a lot, and its low in cals
