Thanks everybody!! I do 30 push-ups every night, and I have seen some change, but not a lot...my biceps are pretty big lol so I definitely don't want to add to that. I guess I'll keep working on losing the fat and see if that makes a difference. All comments are appreciated!! :)

Not sure if there is still room for me since I don't see my username on the chart, but I ran 4 miles this morning, which is a total of 4 miles for August. :) My goal for the month is 60 miles.

I like to spread one on a slice of turkey and roll it up and eat it...sometimes I put a pickle in there too. ;)

I would like to join! I haven't been keeping track of my mileage other than in my exercise diary, but I average about 15-20 miles a week, so I think I can definitely meed the 50 mile a month minimum! Can you put me down for a goal of 60 miles for August?
