I barely scraped by yesterday, under calories and 8 cups of water exactly! Today I'm leaving a bigger margin for error. I'm aiming for about 100 calories under (more if I do a ton of exercise) and at least 10 cups of water. :)

I'm 184 lbs now (2lbs up) GW 145 lbs I have been REALLY bad this last week, and I'm on my period now, so I'm not surprised by how this week turned out, just very depressed. :/ But I'm jumping right back in this week, with more exercise, and paying a lot more attention to what I eat. Wish me luck!

I've heard that toning/weight training helps not only to make your body look sleeker when you get the fat off, but also helps to boost your metabolism so that you burn a lot more calories a lot faster when you do cardio.
