Both are bad but Potato soup tastes better and you can decrease the amount of cream, etc to help a lil. I also think its more filling so I woudl be eating less calories as I wouldnt be reaching for a snack or whole other meal an hour later.

I JUST set the 1800 based on my TDEE. MFP had me at 1250 prior to me setting. I think it was to low

I personally LOVE Greek yogurt and will never eat regular yogurt again. Besides it being full of protein, the yogurt is thicker and the texture makes it creamier. I think MOST taste better (cept one brand was NOT good).

I have tried it. The taste wasnt to bad and it was quick and easy as my husband leaves for work before 7am and that leaves me to get both kids up, dressed, dropped off at schoola nd daycare (2 separate places) and make the <then> 35 minute commute to work. Day 1 done! I had started last week then had to quit due to an injury so I thought it would be easier today....its amazing how hard I forgot it was after just a week. best thing about them for me? My oldest and my husband cnt stand bananas or peanut butter and my youngest is allergic to oatmeal so I can make these cookies and not have to worry about sharing..which will provide a couple weeks of a sweet treat for me! Woohoo!

I was at work for 8 hours and missed a meal (had a break for breakfast but not lunch and by the time I got home it was so close to dinner I grabbed some carrots and called it good) plus TOM hit which took away appetite, so I actually was about 200 UNDER my goal

I have a tree nut and coconut allergy so those "fillers" are out. Avocados..well I'm just trying to find a way to make themk with out tasting like an avocado (I dnt like them). But thanks for the pointers!

i try to have the 100 calorie packs either in my purse or in the glovebox. Also a bottle of water as the more I drink the less I want to eat. Myabe a banana or some fruit..but u gotta make sure it doesnt go bad and can handle being in the car.

My 3 year old was diagnosed with Celiac about 8 months ago. She, of cvourse, is 100% GF due to it. We are NOT GF but sometimes it is easier to eat GF dinners we have prepared for her. So we (husband, oldest child and myself) are semi-GF. We are about 55% GF. Hasn't hurt us yet...

The special K pastry things are super good and only 100 calories. I also say eat fruit. Hard bolied eggs, a breakfast type sandwich made with eggs, bacon (or sausage) and cheese on a croissant or english muffin

I had 3-4 watermelon "slenders" for breakfast today. Well worth every bit of sugar I consumed!

You lose inches more than pounds. The scale may stay the same (esp if doing strength building exercises) but you've lost inches which is why your clothes are looser. I always take measurements in addition to weighing weekly for comparison.

I've been waking up around 2am STARVING. Not full on cramps but hungry enough to wake me up out of a dead sleep. I drink water to calm me and go back to sleep. When I'm up again around 7am I am just as hungry so I grab a glass of skim milk to drink while I get breakfast made for myself and my kids. I say keep water by your…
