Great idea, thanks :happy: I saw another tip on MFP that works too. When you're in a restaurant, ask for the dressing on the side, then dip your fork in the dressing before you stab your salad, the tines of the fork pick up a tiny amount of dressing, enough for flavour, not too much though! I like my feet too! Not because they are particularly pretty, but because I can shop in 'normal sized' shoe shops for them! No plus size feet here!

Love this! Of course I am looking at lower sodium meals and snacks and ingredients since I've realised how far over I go. At one point if I reached my sodium limit, I just stopped eating for the day, but then I thought it's calories that are important.

What if I'm DOUBLE my sodium? If I go that far over, I try to increase my water (but I only drink 4-5 cups a day anyway, 8 is too much! I'd never leave the WC!) Can i ignore it if I'm under in my cals?

op shops, and maybe ask around? Also factory clearance outlets - the stuff might be last season, but who cares? You're not going to be wearing it for long! and focus on the positives, at least your feet aren't changing size (even if your workout shoes do need replacing more often!)

MFP is My Fitness Pal (this site) I find it hard to get motivated to get off my chair too. I started with a resistance band and a list of exercises you can do with it SITTING ON A CHAIR. Resistance band cost me $10AU at Big W. Probably $5US at Walmart. Even 5 bicep curls is better than nothing. Once you get into the habit…

maybe you could just dance or do aerobics in between all the attractions to get your burn number up? If you're wearing one of those hot, heavy mascot suits, you'll increase your burn too, and you'll fit right in!

This is what I do! I eat when I am hungry. I just keep the fridge and fruit bowl stocked with clean foods! I have a garden salad in the fridge (huge bowl) at all times. If I graze from that, costs me hardly anything in calories and keeps my hands and mouth busy (not on chocolate!)

I had the same question a couple of days ago - a member helpfully pointed me in the direction of a Zumba Calories burnt calculator on the web that takes into account weight, intensity, minutes etc. don't know what it was now, but just google it :)
