Eggs, spinach, cucumber, capsicum, avocado and tomatoes Boiled eggs are my go to, running out the door protein snack. the rest are a staple salad.

Doesn't it simply mean you are winning? I think most of us are actually aiming to lose SIZE, not really weight. We don't walk around with our weight printed on our foreheads. It's our size that others see that makes us ashamed. Apart from good health, losing size is the goal and you are doing it!

I have a smoothie and a boiled egg from the fridge. Boil half a dozen and peel them, keep them in an airtight container in the fridge. Boost your smoothie with some protein powder or quinoa

I know it sux doesn't it. I had a light meal of cold meats and salad and a tiny bit of potato salad, came home and logged thinking i was a star and it was the same as if I had gotten Maccas! You know now....

I do this. i can't face solid food first thing in the morning - so I make a breakfast smoothie with milk, two tablespoons yoghurt, half a frozen banana, 5 frozen strawberries and a cup of spinach. can't even taste the spinach.

These are great suggestions. Also, I would add making better snack choices. You seem to go for high sugar stuff that makes your sugar peak and crash a lot. Have some lean protein instead. 10 almonds a boiled egg beef jerky (small portion) Eat it slowly, drink some water, and distract yourself like the above poster said.…

I am no expert. But from the reading I have done since starting here, the basic gist is try to get more calories from lean protein, and less from carbs, fat and sugar. Hope this helps!
