  • You can easily get plenty of potassium by using Morton's Lite Salt in place of regular salt. It balances sodium and potassium. Or if you don't wish to have the sodium, use No Salt seasoning. It's all potassium.
  • Try EAT TO LIVE by Dr Fuhrman. He has a very strict (but healthy!) 6 week program which he says dieters will loose 20-25 lbs, and then will loose 10-12 lbs. each month after. He has a website as well! I wanted to loose 15lbs, and wasn't in a hurry, so I went on his moderate program, and lost it all in less then two months.…
  • Sophia, Check out EAT TO LIVE by Dr. Fuhrman . He calls himself a Nutritarian (Only eating high nutrient foods), but his diet is vegan with optional meat protien for 10% of your calories. His book is very informative, interesting to read, and has a healthy diet plan with recipes. He also has a website which you can google.…
