Absolutely, don't quit! 10 pounds is great progress. If worse comes to worse, maybe take a day off from counting and indulge yourself a bit. I find it makes it easier to get back in the swing for the next week.

I ate at least 10 of those mini chocolate bars last night, then popcorn with extra butter that I added. I am not even a sweet-eater, but I suppose my deprivation over the past weeks might have made them taste soo good. Ah well, what the hell. That's why there are always tommorrows. :smile:

Carbs are not necessarily bad. Sweets, though... When your calories are limited and if you are following your plan, you'll quickly give up any calories that don't give real sustanance. Personally, I don't list those things. When doing my initial settings I tried (and re-adjusted) to get close to my activity level (including, uh, grocery shopping!! :wink: ). If you like to micro-manage to that degree though, I'm sure it would be much more accurate.

Yes, hang in there! Maybe consult your doctor or a nutritionist. I have had to experiment with different foods to find stuff that let me keep my goals and still kept me reasobnably full. For certain, don't waste the calories you are granted on liquids.

You'd be surprised what is already listed under cardio. If I am not mistaken, pushing a stroller is listed, so if you can't find 'shopping cart' substitute 'stroller'. :)

Don't feel bad. I just came from the grocery store with one of those ready roasted chickens. It was sort of planned. I've been on a protien deficit since yesterday and I was making up for it. Had lots of calories left, too. I weighed it before I ate and weighed it again afterward. You just don't want to know! :)
