I've got enough weeks in now to begin to see a pattern in my Progress: Weight report. I weigh almost every day so there are several data points to a week. Kitchen Scale
If anyone does not have a kitchen scale, I would recommend it. I found it to be a real eye-opener compared to my best guesses and estimates. 100 grams is 100 grams is 100 grams.
