I very rarely eat pasta tonight I weighed 2 oz cooked Barilla angel hair pasta it counted it as 200cal not sure if that is right it was a pretty small portion for 200cal, not sure if you should weigh dry or cooked. I know I wont be eating pasta anytime soon!

I eat all bran cereal most everyday yummy and high in fiber I mix it with sliced strawberries and raspberries.

Love my Fitbit it keeps me motivated to do more everyday. Lately been having very slow sync with MTP. Not sure of the problem!

I have found the scale to go up or not move when I exercise, and I do try to get some type of exercise in everyday. I have noticed myself getting smaller and the smaller and the scale have little movement but then every 3 weeks I would have a big loss.
