    daily calories - 1200 - 1400 (try not to eat my exercise calories back, but usually do cuz i'm starving)

    I'm 5'2" 194 pounds I eat 1300-1500 cal I never eat my exercise cal.

    1200-1300 calorie allowance per day, i don't like to go above that
    starting at 228 heading to 145 (from May 1st 2012- May 1st 2013 time frame)
    5'5 and hourglass curvy :)

    According to MFP, daily calories is 1730. I am doing Insanity, so I always eat my calories back. Your body needs lots of energy!! Once I hit 170, I will see if I am happy there and see if I need to keep losing. I may shoot for 160, but I am not looking to get stick thin. I like a little thickness, I just want to be healthy :-)

    deff up your calories. what you are eating is borderline starvation. you want your calories to be just above your bmr, which can be found under tools. my guess, at your height, is that its a hundred or three above 1200.

    (p.s. that was to the original poster....just cant figure out how to delete this post so i'll just edit it)

    Im at 1700 cals (my own settings so im not starving and just above bmr) i'm 5'4 and my goal weight is 130-140

    6'1", 189 lbs, eating 2,700 calories a day, work out six days a week, and still losing weight! Want to get down to single digit bodyfat than start a clean bulk! Currently at around 12% fat.

    I usually burn off about 250-350 calories a day with exercise, and I eat most of those back most days, because I'm hungry!
    So I guess most days I actually eat about 1600 calories.

    MPF says just over 2100 without exercise (usually burn just 200 a day) Scooby calculator says I should be at 2500, most days I'm at under 2000 not sure what else I could be eating.
    Currently 160 would like to be 150 or loose my "love handles"

    I am 5'2.5" and am 167lbs and eating 1200 easy. I don't mind the amount of food I eat a day cause I break it down and eat several small meals a day. I love it and I feel great again! I love eating veggies with low calorie dressing, it really helps fill up my belly and so good for you! My first goal weight is 140lbs.
