I'm 1200 calories / 157lbs / 5'7

Thinking of upping my calories though.

    I'm 5'7" 150lbs 1470 cals, and i eat my exercise calories most of the time.

    I'm 5' 7"---139 lbs---I eat around 1800-2000 total calories each day to lose weight. I'm one of the weird ones on here who doesn't much care about net calories. :ohwell:

    I'm 5'8", currently 175 lbs, goal weight is 160 lbs and my daily calorie goal is 1360. I rarely eat my exercise points.

    5'1" - 129.2 with a goal of 115 - cal goal is 1500, and I ALWAYS eat my exercise cals, or at least the majority of them. I'm a hungry girl and find that when I eat clean(er) with higher cals, it has done absolutely nothing to hinder my weight loss. In fact, it's helped.

    If you've been on 1200 during your weight loss to date and are plateauing, feeling tired etc it is probably a good idea to up your calories.

    MFP recommended calories: 1400, which is what I stick to.

    I do exercise regularly (about 500 calories worth 5 times a week) and used to happily eat back all my exercise calories, but have decided to stop and just eat the 1400 and no more because I wasn't losing like I'd hoped.

    1300(raised from 1200, on exercise days like 1300-1400), 191, 5'11

    SW: Higher than 208 I think (208 as of May 2011 but in January of 2012 I weighed more I think). I didn't weigh myself.

    my pound goal is 180 although charts tell me its like 120-140, I'm a very muscle bound person. Typically people think I weigh about 50 pounds less than I do.

    Pretty much have plateaued. My nutritionist says I should weigh 110 at my height of 5'1", eating 1500 calories a day. I would never be at the current weight I'm at(114) if I ate that many calories. I try to average 1000 calories a day and work out 5 days a week.

    I dont eat back exercise cals this works for me but I have fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and hypothyroid.

    I'm 5'11 eat 1500 cals a day whether I exercise or not, weighed 340lbs, my weigh in is on the 1st. At that time I should be at around a 92 lbs loss in 5 months. My goal weight is 190lbs by Nov. GOOD LUCK to everyone

    1200 if I don't work out 1500/1600 if I do. I started off at 135 at 5'4, I now weigh about 120. I want to be around 110/115 but more important to me than weight is becoming more lean/ losing body fat/gaining lean muscle.
