Calories are 1200
Goal weight is 150 lbs

I try to eat 1410 as that is my daily limit, but I'm not a big eater so I usually only eat around 1000 cals a day.
I'm 5'6 (168cm) and weight 124lbs (56.5kgs) I am hoping to weigh 110lbs (50.0kgs)

5'8", currently 151lbs and I eat anywhere from 1600-2000calories depending on exercise and how hungry I am.0

Guides say I should weigh 116.... no way will I ever get that small.... I am not built that way
I work out 6 days a week 90 minutes per day.... I don't eat my workout calories unless I have a treat once a week.
I have lost 100 pounds so far by following MFP0 -

When I was losing, I pretty much never ate less than 1500. I listened to whatever MFP told me.0 -

They say I should have 1400, and I do some exercise which then increases it, and I weigh about 167 and want to be about 145 again. Oops: and I'm just under 5'7".0

Ditto - except that I'm age 49. Starving at 1200-1300 works at first but isn't sustainable. You need fuel. (unless you're about 4'11" its just not enough). I'm older and shorter than you and need more. I also don't really follow MFP guidlines.. I eat 20% below my TDEE.(currently 1720)

Female - 5' 6" tall - GW 125 - my calories run anywhere from 1200 to 1500 per day. I have a cheat day about every 2 weeks or so lately. Those days will run 1800 - 2000 calories. I started losing weight December 28th, 2011, joined MFP later on. Total weightloss since December 46 lbs. Work out 5 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes but usually 60 minutes.0

I eat about 1000 calories a day
my goal was 127, reached it in 8 months
but decide to go to 1170 -
Calorie goal: 1100-1300 with the occasional day at 1500-1600 when I am feeling lower on energy. I don't purposely eat back exercise calories, just listen to my body. Weight: 110 lbs, mostly maintaining, wouldn't mind if I happened to lose two more but if I don't oh well. Height 5'4. Body fat percentage 18, would like to get to 16 or 17.0

1620, but it's usually 1300-1500 a day if I don't exercise. I was at the doctor's today and the nurse measured me as 5'4" but I don't think I'm that short, I've been measured as 5'5" and 5'6" at different times as well and I'm not shrinking yet!! I'm just barely 29 and a half, LOL, I'm 5'5", 185.5, BF % 24. Goal weight, I think 140 but I just want to get under 180 for now.0
