my advice is to try and keep things in perspective... How much do you really WANT to change your appearance, and for who? if you dont enjoy changing the way you look then you really need to ask yourself WHY are you doing it? if its for other people then be prepared to suffer inside for the road to your goal is long, hard…

My favorite part of this post is that its about chocolate foiling your ultimate grand master plan with a crazy conspiracy about a delicious tasty treat that I as an Australian cannot comprehend... and then after all that your user name contains the word "chocolate" - now THAT is a conspiracy!!

to throw the "bloke" perspective on this one, I ride a motorbike and I can assure you that the lost weight is DEFINITELY noticeable in both seat comfort, acceleration, handling and how bumps on the road impact your body. So horse riding would be a similar thing, get that weight off so you can peruse your passions! Its a…

im gonna sound like a douche... but any way... you need to redefine the word "healthy" in your own mind, you have to try not to fall into the trap of seeing a single meal as either good or bad. eating "healthy" is a balance, it cannot be measured in one meal, or in a week or at all. its almost impossible to measure or…

Do what they are incapable of doing - your doctor being fat, is not an excuse to ignore their advice :-)

yes, if overall body weight is your only concern. If you are concerned with your body composition i.e: how much fat vs. muscle you have then, dont... Ideally eat your exercise calories immediately BEFORE you exercise, this will be, generally, the most benificial method of increasing lean/muscle mass and reducing fat mass.…

up your calories by around 300 to 1200, but also burn the 300 extra using high-intensity interval training i.e: sprints, intervals or heavy weight lifting. I can assure you that this will overcome your platue and cause a nice shift in body composition AND make you feel fuller and healthier

Sounds good, as long as you have a goal to visualize whilst training hard / fighting those hunger pangs and desires then I think its fantastic... personally I dont ban myself from anything but when training and dieting I visualize the way I want to be and remind myself that is what I am doing, getting what I really want,…

strength gains and muscle gains, whilst separate do go hand in hand, I challenge any trainer or athlete to try and gain one without the other... throw all the theroycraft and broscience about the place that you like... from my personal experience, eating what I have been eating, I have made strength gains and I have made…

***I TOTALY AGREE WITH OP - ITS TRUE*** READ: I have been calorie deficit diet for almost a year, with the odd blow out every 7 to 14 days... and by blow out I mean about 500 calories above maintenance. I preffer Assault over Jack3d - Jack3d leaves me feeling tingly mouthed and light headed after heavy sets... and also encoruages fear... Assault keeps me going, I find im less tired, more mentaly "in the zone" and able to lift for longer, I also sip BCAA's during lifting sessions - it does make me very very very chatty…

ok ,so assuming your not kidding - as this is hard to believe. - see below weight "loss" or "gain" is something that is not very well represented on the scales... especially body fat loss/gain, it takes approx 3000 calories of intake/reduction to shift just 1 pound of body fat. So assuming your feeling lethargic due to…
