Yes, I know what you mean, LOL. No more jiggle, please! :) Losing inches rocks! How awesome about the small size. I think that is even better than losing pounds. :)

Are you overweight? You look so tiny in your photos! Of course, I don't know your current weight. ;) 40 g carbs is low! I enjoy food so much right now and splurge often on lunches out. I am going with it for now since I am still nursing. ;) I love watching your journey here! I have a suggestion, can you get full fat yogurt…

Thank you. I'm adding Breastfeeding 30 oz. per day to my diary, taking me to 2400 while my Fat2Fit said to eat 2250. I am going to try this and see how it goes. We co-sleep and baby nurses several times each night, so I am convinced he is at the high end of the scale compared to other 5 month old babies. I even weighed his…

Glad to see you here! I am researching and upping calories, too. I had three MORE eggs with butter tonight after having two for breakfast this am. I also had more cottage cheese (full fat) than I usually do today and an extra TB of almond butter with my apple. I have 500 calories left and will have homemade almond flour…

I know I make a ton of milk. Making it is not an issue. My guy is HUGE and eats at least 10 times in 24 hours. Maybe 30-40 ounces a day, no idea. He is 5 months old. I just want to make sure my body isn't being screwed with by not eating enough to drop pounds, make sense...? I had been adding the 500 (taking me to…

Yes. My tummy marks fade. I think getting some sun helps, too. l'll never be stretch mark free, of course, but they do fade, for sure.

Feel free to check out my diary. I do eat homemade almond flour baked goods and some fruit and lots of dairy. It seems to he working for me. My macros are set at 100g carbs, 100 fat, and 100 protein. I ALawYS go over, but I am not so obsessed with the number on the scale, moreso my body fat %.

I'm excited to make so many new friends here! Anyone else watching the Biggest Loser? ;) We homeschool our kids and my hubby works from home right now, but need lots of attention and time from me when he is home... I am counting every calorie as of last week, but have no idea when to squeeze in exercise. I think I will do…

Please add me to this challenge! Perfect timing for me. I had our 5th baby on Dec. 6th and have lost 24 pounds since then, but still need to lose 25 more. Please add me! See my signature for more info. I am hoping to not gain anymore weight over the next 13 weeks of my pregnancy and I will HAVE to lose a few just by delivering the baby in December, right, LOL! Starting weight on Monday was 186 pounds. I *might* be able to get to 160 by Jan. 1st, but I am shooting for 170. ;)…

Thanks for posting your calories and exercise ideas, ladies. I had my goal set to maintain my weight, but changed it to lose 1/2 pound a week, so now I am hoping to stick to 1740 a day. I don't know how you 1200 cal gals do it, LOL! I am excited to see many great loses this week. Keep up the fantastic work!

Is anyone interested in sharing how many calories they are trying to stick to and/or what exercise you are doing? I am trying for 1900 a day (since I am so pregnant) and plan to walk on my treadmill for 30 minutes 4X a week. I just got the treadmill yesterday and have to fit walking on it in with my busy life with 4 kiddos…

Lara Bars are delicious and only have dates, nuts, coconut, etc. I cut mine in half.

Tuesdays are my weigh in days and I was 186 today. Down 1.6 pounds after my first week of tracking. I will take it! I'm hoping to lose 7 pounds over the next 14 weeks when our baby is due. Thanks!

My sister and I did Level 1 of this last month and really loved it! I am fast approaching the third trimester of my fifth pregnancy, so am calling it quits for now, but plan to start back up after I have this baby. The book is awesome! Good luck with your workouts. :)

Hello, I was 187.6 on Tuesday and am going to keep Tuesdays as my weigh in days, if that is okay. Also, I am 25 weeks pregnant with our fifth baby, so my goal is to gain only 1/2 a pound each week until I deliver in December. It would be nice to try to lose right now, but I am HUNGRY! Thanks for the challenge!

Please sign me up. I am beginning my calorie counting journey today. My goal for the next 10 weeks is to maintain my current weight since I am pregnant, but I would LOVE the accountability of this group. Thanks so much! Amanda
