I would love to connect i have done weight watchers but found success on Michelle Bridges 12 week body transformation.. although that was two years ago and have gained a size so looking to lose again but more like 3 sizes. need motivation too.. exercise has been my downfall.. have no mojo for that even tho the weather here…

i am trying to stick to 1200cal but its tough.. i did last year and lost 25kg in 4 months with exercise 6 days a week...it works tho.. just really tough!.. add me as friend too.. not sure how tho...

I was using a heart rate monitor..is there a better way to measure..or just do what I am doing without hrm and hope my workouts speak for themselves???
