All my progress has been home grown. My pics are on my profile. I've done Insanity, 30ds, ri30, and now Chalean Extreme. You toooootally don't need the gym unless you're trying to get into body building competitor mode. I would however suggest resistance bands and dumbbells to supplement at home cardio routines.

I have pretty bad knees so when I did 30ds and ri30 I had to wear braces on both knees. I'm currently doing Chalean Extreme which is 2 days cardio and 3 days heavy lifting. People get nauseous for two reasons...1) they are plain ole out of shape 2) they ate too much too soon before working out...Other than that nausea is NOT normal while working out because it means youre going entirely too hard.

Before I lost weight I used to wear two sports bras and was pretty comfortable with it. I used to be on a volleyball team with a girl who wore 5 sports bras at a time! lol She was big girl on top.

Id say definitely throw in a little extra with the shred. Its a great workout but is really intended for beginner exercisers, so if you're not a beginner you may need more a burn/push.

The only people who see big results from 30 day shred are beginners. If you're already in shape and have lost a considerable amount of weight then 30ds will only serve as good cardio conditioning. Its a great way to build up endurance.

The only bad thing about the thigh gap is that a lot of people don't realize its genetic! Some are made to have thigh gaps and some are not. If you need to get bone thin to see the gap, then you were not supposed to have one in the first place. People set themselves up for failure when they set unrealistic goals.
