Taking the advice of another DITR member and have begun doing Ballet Squat which are so easy and you notice the difference so soon, my thighs and butt have toned so much. They used to be chunky and now they are gradually slimming and toning :)

Hey i did the exact same thing few months ago and after 3 years battling with WW i cancelled my membership(which was hard) but i have not regretted it. This is free, and i feel the site is easier to use and the peoples support is fantastic. All the best and let me know how you do! =)

Have experienced this before with new digital scales vs old ect. Weigh yourself with your new scales and then no sneaky peeks or don't register your weight on here for at least a week because then you should be registering a true loss and your true weight and less likely to be registering water weight etc. Also don't…

I am a tea-aholic also however for em personally i had to cut down as I was drinking up to 10 cups a day and 5 cups of coffee.
