I placehold to plan out my day, i have 1400 cals a day and i put in my breakfast in the morning then put a place holder of 400 for lunch, 500 for dinner then my usual snacks and see what i have left. I'm a newbie to and have only been on here for a few days. It has already been so worth it, I love the scanning app on my phone and the forum posts are always motivating and people have such great advice.
