I have my Kindle with me and during commercial breaks etc. I web browse and play a game so I distract myself.

I'm a sugar hound too. I allow myself one vise. Mine is coffee with cream and sugar in the morning. If yours is gummy bears then make sure its withing your sugar intake for the dy and then ban all other sugars. Trying to give up the thing you love the most will only make you miserable.

Start with a smaller number. Like 20 lbs. I had a goal of 10lbs by the end of Feb. I've lost 6lbs so far and Now I'm saying 20lbs by end of Feb.

You have to take care of yourself. I work full time and have two small children. It seems selfish but I am a better Mom and Wife when I exercise and take care of myself because I am happier and have more energy. Plus it means my kids and husband will have me for a longer time. As for social life, try to include exercising…

Awesome job. I did the same thing lost 20lbs put it back on now trying to lose it again plu the additional 30lbs I never got off. I'm focusing on my accomplishment of losing 6lbs so far and trying not to look back.

Oh and my mother in law (yep they are the best) hands me a skirt. "I found this in my closet and its too big for me but I thought it might fit you. " Ouch. Worst of all it was a medium and I'm a large.

Sounds like you are in an exercise rut. try something different. Zumba, water aerobics, spin class. Also maybe explore some different foods your body is just probably craving a change but don't give up.

. MAke sure you add some strengthing to your exercise it will help speed up building muscle so you can burn calories faster.

If your body is like mine I always have to tone first. Once I have built up muscle my body starts to lose fat. I have lost two inches on my waist in ten days on zumba but only 1 pound. I am focusing on the inches not the weight.
