It always starts with missing a workout. When I get a run or a workout in, I stay on track with food. Once I miss a workout, or start skipping gym days, I loosen up on eating choices, it gets harder to go back to the gym, and then I'm in a crazy cycle.

I'm always afraid to talk to friends and family about my goals. I feel like then when I fail, it'll be even more embarrassing. I'm also afraid to become that person who ONLY talks about weight loss and exercising. Maybe I need to start talking about it though. I'm sure my true friends will support me- and tell me to shut…

That's adorable! So great to have a husband who's a supporter and really has your back!

Okay! I'll hold myself accountable to you guys, and I'll try it! I mean, worst case scenario, I just have to walk some of the run, right? No big deal! But I'm going to post here tomorrow when I do it, so I'll deff attempt it.

I was supposed to start Week 3 today, but I wussed out during my warmup walk and did a repeat day of Week 2, Day 3 instead. I'm trying to get myself together to try it tomorrow. 3 minutes just feels so long!

I never count ketchup. It's like a gift from the heavens, and I pretend there's no calories or sugar in it.
