I dip chicken into beaten egg whites then into crushed rice crispie cereal (season w/garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper). Spray with non-stick spray and bake. The rice crispie cereal makes the chicken tenders nice and crunchy.

I'm having the same problem. Wish I could just not buy junk food, but there are others in my house that object. My plan tonight is to hang in my bedroom, so I won't be tempted to snack.

I either print directly from the site, or copy and paste into word then print. All my recipes are stored in 3 ring binders with dividers to organize appetizers, salads, soups/stews, slow cooker, chicken, pasta, etc. Very basic, but it works for me.
