I'd say in my thighs and belly. I carry it in my butt too, but I've never had any complaints about that!!! I agree with what someone else said. My boobs were the first thing to go. Wahhhhhh!!!

I have the Polar FT7 and love it. It's supposed to be water resistant up to 30m though I can't personally say I've tested that out.

I add mine to Greek yogurt. You're right. They definitely do help to keep you full!! I need to start using them in other ways as well.

Good for you for being ready to get back out there!!! I have done online dating myself with little success. I met some really nice, normal guys but never made any real connections (still trying by the way). Fair warning: there are a lot of creepy, weirdos out there. I've used plentyoffish and match.com. Since match is a…

I think this proposal is at best only scratching the surface of the obesity epidemic in this country. Banning sugary drinks isn't going to solve the problem, but what's the government to do? Something must be done as the rising costs of obesity are being passed on to us.

It's normal to feel a little weak if you're new to the exercise. Keep trying it and gradually increase your time like the others have said. There are tons of different variations you can do once you've been doing them a while. It's important to engage your core during a plank so you get the full benefit. They work your abs…

I log everyday. Even if I decide to splurge I log it. LIke someone else said I consider this a lifestyle change and it's not about being on a diet. It's ok to indulge every now and then.

Peanut butter, bananas, and honey on white bread OR ham, swiss cheese, and mustard with potato chips on top. Yum! Neither of these I eat anymore because both are pretty unhealthy, but boy were they good!!! Oh and I forgot about peanut butter and marshmallow fluff!

Syntha-6 vanilla ice cream flavor made with unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Mmm! I drink one after every workout. Sometimes as a meal replacement too.

I love my butt. I mean that thing's good!! =)

I said goodbye to fast food and stopped drinking soda. I felt noticeably better right away!

I'm 28, soon to be 29. I'm 5'2 SW 226 (yeah, can't believe I let myself get to that point) CW 178 GW 140 Ultimate goal is 130, but I'd be totally stoked with 140. I'm gaining a lot of muscle so I don't ever expect to be tiny. My goals may change a long the way!!

I'm right there with you on this one!!! I love PB too. I just try to limit my consumption.

I'm here everyday! Feel free to add me. It helps to have friends on here that actually stick with it and are able to offer support and motivation!

YES!!! I was at 1200 and was wondering why the pounds weren't coming off. I workout a ton and wasn't eating back my exercise calories which was a big mistake. My nets were way too low. I decided to base my calorie intake off of my BMR and TDEE and that has made a huge difference.

Sounds good!

I love spinach because you can eat it alone or use it with other food. I do make a smoothie with it that I love. Sounds kind of gross I know (because it does come out green)!! Honestly you can't even taste the spinach and the smoothie is packed with protein and other nutrients. Green monster smoothie: 1 small banana 2-3…

I think a HRM is an absolute must!! You can look around online for the best price. I highly recommend the Polar brand. I have the FT7 which I love. I think it was around $100. A quality one that counts calories burned is going to cost around that much. I'd also make sure you get one that comes with a chest strap. They are…

I've done both. I do think that the calories MFP lists are a bit high. I decided to go with a HRM instead of the Fitbit and I think it's the most accurate.

This isn't about weight loss for everyone. It's called myFITNESSpal for a reason!!! Some people are already at their desired weight and they may just be using this to be able to maintain. You really don't know what everyone's reasons are for being here. Shouldn't be so quick to judge. Whether 5 or 100 lbs. I applaud the…

I count them. I like to keep track of everything. Some have a few calories. I'm pretty focused on my macros and I like to include the nutrients in everything.
-
Mine haven't changed a bit. I guess it depends on how significant the weight loss is and the location of the tattoo.
-
Feel free to add me. I log everyday. Even if it's a not so good day I like to keep track.
-
Personal preference really. I log everything!!! It's going to depend on how much you focus on your macros.
-
Feel free to check out my diary. I almost always eat over 100g/day. Hope you get some ideas! =) I'd agree with just about everyone else here. Protein powder is your friend! I'm not opposed to bars either as long as they don't have a bunch of junk and sugar in them.
-
I would agree. Love my FT7!
-
Amazing progress so far! Keep up the good work!!!! I just did a side-by-side of myself and was in total shock!

Thanks buddy!

Amazing transformations everyone!!! Here's mine:
