How many calories do you eat?
For those of you that are trying to lose weight not just maintain how have you determined how many calories to eat? Do you just use the default 1200 cals? What I want to say to those who didn't give me a chance
I'm losing weight for myself. To get healthier, but I also want it to be a big SCREW YOU to all the people who never gave me a chance because I was fat!! I'm not that girl anymore. Anyone else feel this way? What would you say to these kinds of people if you had the opportunity?
