Tall, dark, handsome with a great jaw-line and sense of humour. And a guy that knows his way around the female body  oh and of course a uniform is always an added bonus  I have just described my husband

I sometimes drink just hot water if I fancy a warm drink and sometimes I add a slice of lemon. Sugar free juices (cordials) are also nice with hot water. And I have recently discovered green tea which I LOVE! Not sure if that helps?
-
Lol I actually made houmous for my tea! I agree it is interesting finding what people find easy and difficult. I was finding the ab work easy too...until I corrected my breathing and then I could feel it pull! Which is really what I need as my muscles split through pregnancy and don't think there's much left there now! It…

D3L1 completed!! After a 2 day break I'd forgotten how tough it is! I'm still finding the boxing really tough! I think I sit really deep into it! Need to get some weights! My trusty chicpea cans are getting shaken quite a bit!! And I may (MAY) try a 'real' push up tomorrow!! But I do it will only be 1 or 2!!! Keep up all…

Great thread! All the alpen cereal bars (my fav are the apple & sultana) Maryland cookies 2 = 102 cals Organix goodies crisps (for toddlers - each bag contains only 60-70 cals!) Boots shapers chocolate bars (favs are mint choc = 83 & crispy caramel = 99) Will post more as I think of them. Oh and blue ribbons are lethal for…

Collarbones for me too!

I too can definitely see a difference! Try not to be so hard on yourself, whatever you are doing is clearly working! Keep up all the hard work! On a side note, it looks like Jillian Michael has joined you in the first pic! :-p

Whoop whoop! That makes me an official October shredder

Banner test

So I couldn't resist, I had to get the tape measure out too! Lost nearly an inch off both waist and thigh!!!!!! Nothing yet off hips, arm and chest. I too have done 2 days then had yesterday and today as rest days due to a bout of food poisoning (which may also explain the inches lost!!) but still impressive though, I am…

Wow!!! That is awesome! Well done you!! Clearly the 2lbs is muscle gain, it's clearly working! Keep up the hard work!! Xx Ps so how do we get the banner? I got a little confused reading other posts!

These have made me smile! My recent ones (not down falls, but little quirks that brighten my day) include: finding mini pink wellies and toys in the washing machine Losing car keys, to find them in toy boxes A work phone that is always dead, as little hands like to press the buttons lots! And Finding toys stuffed in coat…

I did think about doing this twice per day, but fear I am no way strong enough yet! I've only done 2 days so far then had a bout of food poisoning that I am still recovering from. If I feel I'm starting to get stronger with it, then I may increase it to twice a day. I'm practically at my ideal weight/size now so am looking…

I was unable to do day 3 yesterday due to a bout of food poisoning :-( I'm still feel weak and a little sick today so may need to skip today too :-( I too hurt more after day 2, it's the boxing that burns the most!! And my calves were the muscles that hurt the most, jumping jacks with sore calves is no easy task! I'm so…

Lol sorry I seemed to have said everything that everyone else said! Slow typer!
-
Eat everything with chop-sticks! I know this sounds crazy but it really does slow you down! If you feel too silly doing that you could try putting your knife and fork down whilst food is in your mouth, eating with others can help...I normally talk so much it slows my eating down! Or you could split a meal into several…

Ps Ljkshs the DVD is called Jillian Michael 30 day shred, you can get it from amazon although I think some people have managed to find it at Walmart hope that helps, good luck finding it xx
-
Phew! Day 2 level 1 complete. For all of you whose day 1 is today, I wasn't too sore this morning, and a little walk seemed to warm up my calves nicely. We'll see if I feel the same tomorrow! I really want to do this and I'm worried if I take a rest day that'll be me for weeks! I'd love to hear how other people are…

DVD is about to go in....
-
Hi all, I'll be turning my DVD on shortly once my 17month old decides to take a nap, if she doesn't in the next 10mins, I may try anyway...this is wher it could get interesting! I'm only a little sore from yesterday's session, so I'm hoping I'm ok to do it! Happy shredding peeps! Xx
-
I've just added my name to the database, hope that's ok. Started the shred yesterday so measurements are from then: am now looking to tone up so this group will act as motivation to keep doing it...especially now I have somewhere to record my measurements! Happy shredding everyone! Xx

? I never once said small town America! All I said was my hubby and I were shocked there were no 'real restaurants'
-
I think some people are being quite defensive about my comments. My point was certainly not to offend! It was simply an observation that where we went to, in the two weeks we were there, we did not manage to eat in any 'real' restaurants; we could only find chains and anywhere that was more like a 'real' restaurant, we…
