My husband had very severe sleep apnea. I work out in the mornings. I was not a morning person either. Hubby started having to go to work early and I started getting up with him and heading to the gym. Once he stopped working early, he started coming with me. It just kind of stuck. Now if I miss going in the morning, I just feel sluggish all day.

Is it possible that you got some extra rest? I have found that if I do I tend to have a drop.

I try to eat something every 3-4 hours. I eat 3 small meals and then have a snack in between. I usually have homemade trail mix or protein bar or a special K 90 calorie bar in the afternoon. It really helps. If you go for a protein bar, just be careful to really check the nutrition labels before you pick one.
