hhuhuh...do anyone know the correct technique on exercising to tone the thighs...??most of my exercise routine is jogging, but it tends to make my thigh more bulkier...i don't want to built-up my thighs muscle...i just want to tone it....i really don't want ending like a drumstick like thighs....please help me.....

lol....i am...!!!!you know what...??i usually will have a cold shower in the morning so that i'll tend to exercise more to beat the cold....plus, i'll tend to exercise much more longer because it takes time for me to start sweating....
