I love rice; even though I try to eat not more than 1/2 cup (300 calories I believe), I will definitely try this.. also post the recipe for the shrimp dish.. we live out of New Orleans, & have lots of option for seafood.. thanks, dbye

GREAT SUGGESTION!! I will see arrhythmia doctor in 2 weeks, & regular cardio doctor in 3 weeks... will chick with both.. I am on Humana & there may be something special for heart patients.. thanks to all for great suggestions...
