Appreciate the comments. Well, unfortunately, I got frustrated enough last night to fall off the wagon and ate a piece of pie and topping late. OK, I took Forza training at my gym to really help with strength training, as more muscle will burn fat. As I've done more of that, my metabolism has shot up. I did a month of Forza training. My trainer led me through weightlifting Tuesday and Thursday each week. Each day I hit each muscle group at least once (thighs, arms, chest I hit more), striving max weight I can handle without injury (strain), doing 8-12 reps per set, working to do 3 sets each.
