I just picked up my presription today and two of the pharmacies I have been to have none. Will be going into town tomorrow hopefully I will get some. Am worried now.

When I fell off the wagon last week I gave myaelf a treat of 200 calories more a day. I went from 1400 to 1600 calories a day. I got a lot of support from my MFP friends. It really helped me a lot. Two days is not bad. Just try to get back on the zone. Good luck

:smile: i WOULD SUGGEST TRYING LOW CALORIES SNACKS. HAVE MANY OF THEM DURING THE DAY. I AM ONE WHO LOVES FOOD. I WOULD WAKE UP LOOKING FORWARD TO WHAT I WOULD EAT DURING THE DAY.
