I always try to plan before hand, but with my friends the plans change 98 times before we end up somewhere. So, I try to get a fish, grilled if possible, no butter/sauces and steamed veggies. :) Otherwise I am of the mind that eating over my calories once in a blue moon is not going to ruin my efforts, as long as it does…

My absolute favorite is just 2tbls of peanut butter, water according to directions, and 1 scoop. (I put it into the freezer for like 15 minutes to make it super cold...just like a milkshake, but much better for me!)

Welcome to MFP! This is the best site ever to help you stay motivated and find lots of great friends to encourage you along the way. I wanted to invite you to join the Totally Tall Women of MFP group, everyone there is 5'9" or taller and its great to be able to ask other women their thoughts on matters that might not be…

Absolutely LOVE that show :)

When I get to and stay at my goal weight I am planning on getting the phrase: "What doesn't CHALLENGE you won't CHANGE you". Its the thing that gets me through my workouts and not eating that extra piece of birthday cake! :) Good luck on the rest of your journey, and on making the tattoo decision!

I use Body Fortress Super Whey Protein (vanilla)...it tastes great and has 26g per scoop. I love mixing it with fresh fruit and making a smoothie, or putting a scoop into greek yogurt for a great breakfast! :) Edit to add: this is a link to the label: http://images.vitaminimages.com/cdn/sd/pdf/L044315-AE.pdf
