Truth. I have one that covers the entire top and outer side of my right foot. the only area that it fading at all is the wording closest to the bottom of my foot. It completely depends on the person as far as fading goes...but no matter, its worth it! :smile:

Try rinsing out with diluted vinegar....its what my grandma/mom always did to get rid of smells. Wash it again immediately afterwards to get out the vinegar smell and let air dry. ....maybe?!

Yes! I believe that the Insulin resistance is what slows you down. I have that as well, mine is part of having PCOS. But this causes weight loss to be very slow and hard. Stick with it and you will lose. Its great that you are slowly upping your exercise. I have found that it helps a lot! I am still losing slow, normally…

Make a cake with Pumpkin puree instead of the wet ingredients. or brownies with black bean puree instead of the wet ingredients. you cannot even tell and I actually love the pumpkin in the cake, makes it better to me! :smile: have fun!
