I record mine. Mainly as a way to keep track of what I burn through the week. I find it holds me (personally) accountable. But I agree, it may be different for you! :smile:

If a gain sticks around for a week (from one weigh in to the next) I log it. This makes me, personally, more motivated because my "Number of pounds lost" goes down and who wants that to happen!? :smile:

This! I do eat about every 3/4 hours. Mainly just because it helps me not to eat junk, and to plan out my calories for the day. However, I eat late and the majority of my calories are consumed in the afternoon/evening. :smile: I think it is completely up to the individual as far as what makes you successful.

Elephants. Everything from artwork to tiny figurines and everything in between. :heart: I also collect unique glasses/cups/shot glasses. (only have about 30 but each one is completely different and very cool) :wink:

This. My protein goal is set at 130g...I have to try hard to hit that (and only get <30 from a shake), normally coming in around 115g. :smile:

It is all going to depend on where you get it, and how big it is...i have two; one on my low back and one on my foot, neither looks disfigured and im down 50lbs. stay away from stomach and arms as I would think those would change a lot with pounds lost and gained.
