I dont tell people. If they notice and ask me about it I just tell them that I am living with a focus on being healthy. (My close friends and family know my goals, but other than them and my wonderful MFP friends....no one else)

I use the tracker for Carbs and Protein. I find that I almost always go over on sugar, and with sodium its hit or miss (just drink extra water on those days!)

I am currently in Jacksonville, so just barely inside the sunshine state. :smile: Been here for about 12 years (wow, thats a long time) and still miss my cooler climate...one day I might get used to the heat! :huh:

I think I lost about 20-25 pounds before I droped pant sizes, and then I dropped several very quickly (down from a lose 24 to a snug 16). I am an accounting analyst, so I also sit at a desk all day long. I try to pack all of my lunches and not eat out. I make enough food for dinner that I will be able to either take leftovers for lunch the next day, or have it for dinner. (also, healthy choice steamers are great!) I do all natural applesauce (you can get peach and strawberry flavored as well), goldfish (the serving size is pretty large, I normally do half), sugar free pudding cups (amazing way to curb a sweet craving for 60 calories), and then there is always veggies cut into bite size chunks. :happy:
