Hi everyone! I'm 30yo, 5'6", and currently 183 (GW 140lb). I try to stay under 30g net carbs and I do a bit of IF. Trying to incorporate more exercise into my routine!

Height: 5'6" CW: 169lb GW: 135lb Staying under 20g of carbs works well for me. I am an analyst with a very sedentary job (12 hrs of sitting - yikes!), so I try to incorporate a bit of running at the gym (1.5-2 miles) every other day-ish.
