    haha me too! since i am not logging fat or protein, my cals are way low and it keeps giving me subtle warnings about possible anorexia.

    I'm terrified of not knowing my calories but I think it's worth a shot. I don't want to be weighing and measuring my food all my life. I just have to trust the science in this one.

    I didn't say what my carbs are. I'll try to keep the total below 50. I've been averaging about 75, though its more like 35-40 net.

    Edited to say today was a fail, lol, due to an issue with an avocado yesterday which caused me to eat flax meal cereal for breakfast. Back on the wagon, though.

    Staying under 20g of carbs works well for me. I am an analyst with a very sedentary job (12 hrs of sitting - yikes!), so I try to incorporate a bit of running at the gym (1.5-2 miles) every other day-ish.

    Goodness, it is taking me forever to get caught up!!!

    Bragged about this WOE at the Faire I worked, and a nurse I met working with us (now fast friends!) did a ton of research and decided this WOE would help her and her hubby! They started 4/1, and are having good progress, so I'm super excited.

    I have a check in at the end of the month with my endo, so I'm looking forward to the updated bloodwork, and I think I was almost 260 at my last appointment, so I'm hoping to have some noticeable weight loss too. Excited!
