You can throw a butt load of spinach into a blender with fruit and ice and not be able to taste it at all.

I am the same. I have hated tomatoes forever, and now I'm really trying to like them. I can now do cherry tomatoes and cooked tomatoes. It's been 3 years, it's a loooooonnngggg process!

I think protein shakes are a great idea! Like chocolate flavored powder to mix with milk. And maybe try some fruits with your breakfast in the morning and some veggies for a snack! :)

I love being my height (5 10) but I never wear heels because they are so difficult to walk in, uncomfortable and shrink your calf muscle fibers...nothing to do with being self-confident with ones self-image. Where did you hear that? I'll stick with my flats.

Maybe it's best to assume they are forgetting to log. Send them a friendly reminder or ask if they did log everything for the day, that way, if they are actually undereating your "reminder" can also be a very subtle way to say "I see your being unhealthy!!!". I definitely would not unfriend someone because of their eating…
