You know...weighloss is about lifestyle changes. Just be reasonable about it, and make 'space' for it. It's particularly difficult to completely cut out something you enjoy but splitting in half is often possible or even just cut one. Small changes, in the long run, will help you reach your goal. I lost 25 pounds in the past just by doing that and cutting on carbs. It's absolutely doable but remember that it's an habit you have to take and maintain otherwise the weight will come back eventually. It's all about lifestyle changes. you can do it! :)

I haven't set a time frame to accomplish this, as long as I progress a little everyday I'm satisfied. The important thing is to move more and put myself into action, not really to reach Mordor. So basically, it's the road that counts, not the objective! Yet...I'm really looking forward to giving away all my old clothes…

I track everything, even if I'm quite shameful of my day (see yesterday...and Saturday...) but on the other hand, sometimes it makes me realize that it's not AS bad as I thought it would be.

Meh! I forgot my cellphone all weekend and I certainly walked quite a bit Saturday. I know that Friday I Cross The Water on a plank bridge. Starting from there today. My plan: Reach the 7.5 miles mark by reaching Look back at lights of Hobbiton from first slopes of the Green Hill Country.
