Congrats on making it a week! Logging is incredibly eye opening isn't it? I'm always blown away by things that constantly surprise me. Anyway, for me, logging is key. Facing up to the stats of your "normal" food is really a trip. And don't get me even started on logging booze. eeek

I've been eating around 1560-1580 calories per day. I almost always eat back my exercise calories. In terms of food, I've been trying hard to not deny myself anything I really want... just trying to really watch the portions and logging honestly. I'm with you, but you must stay focused on how far you have come. I've been logging consistently for two months, exercising, and staying mostly within my calorie goals and have only lost 9 pounds so far. I'm a fan of nestle hot chocolate powder in water, only 80 cals and helps w. chocolate cravings before bed. It's also great w. hot skim milk
