I see this is a fairly old post. My food log sync with Fitbit but my exercise did not sync with MFP. Is there a fix to this problem? Thanks

Do you drink filtered water or tap water. Can make a big difference in taste. I can't drink plain tap water because I can't get past the smell of the chemicals in the water. I have a Britta Water pitcher.

I do a tablespoon of popcorn, popped in a brown bag in the microwave. Then spray with no fat/no calorie butter spray. Oh, 2 Tablespoons is about 110 calories.
