That's awesome! I've done running steady, but I'm getting so sick of it! Lol! Great job! I used to only be able to run a couple of minutes straight too, and now I can comfortably run 3-4 miles non stop, but I'm getting bored of the same routine!

Starting weight: 201 Goal for Easter: 181 Ultimate Goal Weight: Between 160 to 170, size 6 to 8 pants I have been doing cardio along with strength training, and actually gained some weight, but lost inches. I feel like I actually look better now than I did at 190 this summer. Let's do this!
