i get a jumbo bag of a mixture to hand out..we don't have any kids yet so i dont need to worry about it hanging around so i'm going to get one of each kind and set them aside for me and hopefully just eat them throughout the whole week and when its gone its gone oh well

Thats a good plan! Hopefully you can lose that pound quickly and get back on track! Luckily we do not have any kids yet so I dont need to deal with that temptation after it is all said and done. If it gets late and I still have a lot of candy left i will just likely dump it in some lucky little kids bag

We also get a log of trick or treaters! So i dont need to worry about left overs. Last year we rean out pretty early and i had to run out for another bag

Thats a great idea...I feel so traditional about holidays...i buy the hand out the same candy that my parents bought when i was a kid to hand out haha..i'm really trying to work on having treats in moderation. So hopefully i can save some of these treats throughout the week :) My sweet tooth is getting a lot better these…

I used to have a hard time getting the protien in because i LOVE carbs. But maybe try to add it in to two meals a day to start with. I used to eat cerial for breakfast every morning i've since changed to egg whites. Maybe bake some chicken and make chicken salad for lunch mustard instead of mayo will cut down on calories…

mmaannn why couldn't weight in be today? LOL I know the official weigh ins are on fridays but i still weigh every day and i lost half a pound so that makes 2 this week! Wahoo 151.5 looking forward to 140's next week i HOPE! Then I'm home free! i'll be in the last stretch

weight fluctuates so much could be the TOM or any veriouse reasons. I bet you'll lose that plus some next week. *Just took a look at your diary, you might want to decrease the carb intake and increase the protien intake and increase the water intake and see how that helps you :)

i usually eat half a cup of starwberries or half a cup of unsweetend apple sauce with cinamin and splenda put it in the micro for a few seconds tastes almost as good as apple pie yum yummm

I had half a cup of strawberries tonight last night i has unsweetned applesauce with ciniman and splenda in it put it in the micro for 25 seconds and it was mmm mmm good! almost as good as apple pie!

Thats awesome you only gained a pound! I bet its just water weight! I switched up my diet for this week and lost half a pound already this week so that makes me so happy! these last 14 are a pain in the booty! Id be stoked for 2 pounds this week!

I'm pretty certian if you do weight training alone with cardio and eating right it will keep things firmed up whiel you loss. I'm not positive on that but I think thats how it works

I havent reached my goal yet but my goal is 139 and then i will re evaluate and see if im looking at 135 or 130 or what. I'm 5'2 153 lbs right now and i'm already fitting into my old size 4 jeans so i'm not sure how low i want to go so i'm interested to hear what people have to say. 139 for sure is a must!

I dont have any experience personally but i do know people who have it. One has a hard time gaining weight others have a very hard time lossing weight. One took about a year to concieve and another has been trying for a couple years. I do know its easier to consieve with less weight. So i'd suggest talking to your dr for…

I've done some reasearch and yoga can be considered resistance training with your own body weight, i've been doing yoga for 3 years so i'm not doing fru fru stuff here i can stand on my head lol. And also body pump is a weights class you get a full body work out in the hour. I also don't want to bulk up. i have a goof…
