I'm back down to 150 this am i was hoping for 149 where i was 3 fridays ago but oh well. Maybe by tomorrow. I'm hoping for 145 by christmas. it MAY be attainable... if ig et to 149 by tomorrow. We will see i guess! keep it up everyone this is the time of year it gets the hardest!!

I make my own. Very easy. I have two different recipies. The first one is diced up mushrooms and spinich and feta cheese mix all together and grill! My new fave recipie is shredded zuchini diced up red peppers chipotle powder and chili powder. Mix all together and grill! Yum yumm yumm!!

I felt like i was reading my story when i read your post! I have no problems running indoors but always have problems out doors. I chalk it up to not being climate controlled. And its ALWAYS worse when its cold.
