I'm 5'2 and I weigh 153.5 I'd love to get to 135 we will see if that happens. My goal right now is to get to 139 and I will decide where i want to go from there

I'm going to try to eat differently this week. I'm doing a eating plan the 6 week body make over I'm on week 4 and I think maybe my body type changed. So I'm going to follow a different eating plan this week and see what happens!

I'm glad your going to sign up for a class because if the poses are done wrong you could really hurt yourself. Good luck :) And have fun! And don't worry about being new and intimidated yoga teaches you to be compasionate to yourself and others..there is no judging going on in a yoga class

I LOVE yoga! If your new to yoga I wouldnt go and jump into the hardest. I would start with a beginners class or dvd. Vinyasa Yoga is a great all over body work out. jean shopping sucks! it always does! you need to go wit ha good girlfriend who can hang up all the no's for you and keep you calm so you dont get over whelmed that always works for me. just keep trying you will find something. Try Ann Taylor Loft! They have a curvy fit in all their cuts. Thats the only pants that fit me! LOVE THEM! they are smaller in the waist and bigger in the hips and thighs. you do have to do a little shimmying to get them over the butt and hips but once over they fi tgreat! Thats what I usually do except tonight no salt i cut it all from my diet trying not to retain any water weight...hubbies will get salt tho LOL

it's unhealthy to cut all carbs from your diet potatos and rice are good carbs although sweet ptatos are better for you and brown rice better then white rice.

set the oven to 400 degrees. clean the potato and poke holes in it then rub with olive oil and freshly ground pepper, salt if thats a part of your diet. wrap in foil and bake about an hour depending on potato size

Thank you guys! I can kinda see it in the arms but not a whole lot. I dont know why I look so ghostly white in the second picture first one was taken beginning of sept and second one this morning..I don't think i lost that much of my tan that quickly!!

I weigh myself every day and to be honost i dont see much of a fluctuation some times half a pound or so but not much. I feel like i need to weigh myself every day because it keeps me on track. It doesnt discourage me if i see myself staying the same or if i see a slight gain it just makes me want to work harder to break…

TOTALLY WISH MY GYM HAD A HOT TUB!!! It's starting toget cool here and the pool is not heated enough to make me feel happy about it! We do have a steam room and sauna i do sit in them often becaue its fun mostly lol but would be a lot more fun with a buddy! which i could find a gym buddy!
