i'm right there with you! are you measuring your bust waist hips? if not start measuring i bet you'll see a difference! feel free to friend me if you like. You cando this! it is hard for you and everyone else that sees you all the time to see a difference. maybe look at pre and post photographs that might help :)

I do weight myself everymorning and evening I kind of use that to judge how i'm doing. I lost anotehr pound thsi morning! HELLO 150'S!!

this week i started preparing and pre portioning all foods on sunday so all i have to do is grab what i need the night before. I'm going to continue to log so i can see where I am. In the past I had never felt hungry I had acctually been prety satisfied the time the next meal rolled around. Thanks for the advice :)

when i feel like i cant drink anymore water in the day i add the walmart brand bottle water flaver only 5 calories :) a little flavour helps!

Welcome! I agree with xinahay123 Yoga is a GREAT excersize to try. It's not as froo froo as people think it is!

maybe try a sugar free low call jello pudding desert? what i try to do is wait an hour and if i'm still craving what every sweet thing it happens to be then i will have some..i feel if i deny myself everything i wont stick with it. good luck!
