i'm doing the 6 week body make over and according to that you always measure all food after it is cooked and i get a 2oz portion I don't ever feel like thats not enough at any given meal. but then again I eat 6 times a day...hard to get hungry with that!

why is it that a couple of chips and dip and half a brownie made me gain 1.5 pounds! what the hell! I didn't over eat. I even ate my dinner right before the party so i wouldn't eat too much

i wash hair every otherday so i run into the same problem as you. I use treseme dry shampoo. It works really well. i just looked at your diary. to get the sodium down you should try some less processed protiens and add in some leaner protiens chicken breast white meat turkey. fish. and maybe switch out you bread for sandwich thins and english muffin for bagle thins they have a lot less sodium in them :) hope this helps

I had shrimp with asparagus stir fry veggies and brown rice pasta cooked in some no salt added chicken broth and seasond with ginger and garlic and onion powder it was YUMMMMMYYY. Probably gonna go ahead and make that tomorrow too!

i agree always in the morning after potty! naked! gets the best weigh in! i can range any where from 2-5 pounds heavier at night after eating all day. i'm sure your trainer wont be upset with you, You could always bring a printed version of your diary to him and ask for suggestions on making it better :)

that! I dont get discouraged when i get on the scale. I just stay focused better it's almosat exciting and it helps me get out of bed because i can usually tell if im going to lose or not and i'm excited to see what it says in the morning so it gets me up and out pretty quickly
