I have the same lunch everyday apple cut into slices, yogurt and a ham sandwich = 400cals as long as you use a sensible bread or I will swap out the ham sandwich for a pita with cucumbers, feta, tzatziki, lettuce and tomaoeos, you can add chicken if you like.

Poached eggs on toast with no butter and a good low caloric low calorie rye bread 2 large eggs - 140 2 pieces deli world rye bread 110 or weight watchers bread or wonder thin (140 but still low) 250 all told. My go to breakfast!

Julienne carrot, red pepper and red onion, add to chunked mango with a touch of minced cilantro. Refrigerate 1 hour, they will marinate in their own juices, serve along side steak as a salad or any thai dish!

ok, 6 avocado's, juice from 6 limes, 1/2 vidalia onion, 2 large cloves garlic, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, 6-8 picked hot pepper rings, 1tsp salt, 2 tbsp chilli powder - Add all into the blender and die of deliciousness. You WILL NOT need any other recipe for guacamole ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love my Actifry. I could have written that post word for word. I went on vacation 2 weeks ago and put on 3lbs, came home and over the last week have added another 3lbs = 6lbs all together.
